Super easy, just use a small screwdriver (between 1mm and 1,5mm, anything larger won't fit). Took me all of ten minutes. :giggle:

Also wondering the same thing. The lack of updates from Borealis is frankly disconcerting. Why not post an update in the forum from time to time so that those who pre-ordered the watch are kept informed? It would be great to know how the production is progressing etc...
