Hi All,
during the last two years one of my favourite daily watches was my Borealis Portus Cale. Since a few weeks the very noticeable "click" of the bezel got softer, just to disappear completely and make room for a grinding noise. Pulled off the bezel and found two of the three springs were broken off, the third one more or less flat. My request through the website didn´t get any reaction at all, unfortunately.
Where can I get a new Spring to get my watch back to everyday useability?
