RALF TECH have given their popular 1977 vintage diver an iconic California dial for 2018.
The California dial dates back to the early 1940s when it was created by Rolex as what was then referred to as, an ‘’error-proof’’ dial using a combination of Arabic and Roman numerals so that there could be absolutely no ambiguity when time-reading, especially for military use.
Today the dial is synonymous with Panerai who first used a Rolex made California dial for their historic Radiomir model of the same era.

Basic spec. of the 1977 Automatique California includes: a 43. 8mm Stainless steel case housing an automatic RTA002 based on an ETA 2824-2, a 3.9mm Sapphire crystal and 200 meters of water-resistance. All 1977 models comply to ISO 6425 diver’s watches. They are created in runs of 77 pieces.
