This is the Maverick Black Edition from famous Swiss knife maker, Victorinox. The watch boasts a proper Swiss made 43mm case crafted from high-grade 316L Stainless steel with a matte black finish which is presumably DLC (they don’t state otherwise).
Diver’s features include: a unidirectional rotational bezel with dive-time scale, a screw-down case-back and crown with crown protection, and a scratch-resistant, triple-coated anti-reflective Sapphire crystal. Water-resistance however is only 100m.
The watch gets its power from a Swiss Quartz caliber with a date and end-of-life indicator. Its dial is in matte black with a silver Victorinox logo at 12 and a white date aperture at 6 as well as military-time display.
Thoughts? A pretty unremarkable looking quartz diver that lacks the required WR but will undoubtedly be very nicely made.
