What is the approximate cost to service the Seiko movement inside the SeaHawk, assuming a purely "normal" service, no repairs or replacement parts, except those as part of the normal service, e.g., gaskets/seals?

I had my 41-year old Seiko Lordmatic serviced at a Seiko authorized service center. They gave it an "overhaul" and supposedly tested the case for water resistance. There was no mention of any replacement of gaskets performed! The final bill was $110 (USD). A competent watch smith should be able to do the job in under 60 minutes.
