Maria, I noticed you are proposing a 6.5 mm crown diameter. IMO, this robust design would be better served with a 7.5 mm crown. Also, I really don't like the minimalist bezel. No bezel markings impart Minimalist Utility, IMO.

I think we don't need any letter on the dial designating the type of lume used. Back in the day, Tritium was probably a new and unique lume material. Today, there are numerous lume materials, so IMO it's not necessary to put the type of lume on the dial.
