How long to receive shipment?

I ordered some straps, and I was curious how long everyone waited for their order to arrive.

I'm in the United states and regular shipping was like 5 weeks!!???!! So I paid for express. It got held up in
Customs, but I had it in about 7-8 days!

I'm in the US. I hope it doesn't take five weeks. Someone got there's in a week I read. Two weeks would mean it was coming this week. I know on the website it said standard was 35 days, but most things I've ordered over seas don't take nearly that long

As any watch brand we can not be held responsible for custom delays.

To clarify shipping times, advertised ones in our website are an up to estimate not that it takes on average 5 weeks. From our experience customers are getting theirs in US in approximately 10-15 days but delays can occur during processing of shipping once it arrives in US postal clearing centre.

I'm in Australia, and my watch arrived here in about 2 weeks, but obviously times can vary country to country.
